We keep hearing that it is 60%, which is absolute nonsense unless you are relying on a vaccine to get there, which may never happen.  What do all the cities/countries with close to no new cases and deaths have in common?  They all have antibody numbers in the 15% to 18% range.  That goes for NYC, Sweden and the city of Stockholm, which has double the population density of NYC.  So when we reach antibody levels in that range the number of new cases and deaths drop close to zero.
