Sorry I don't see anything condesending in our posts.  We both live here.  But we have had experiences that are just not possible to have here..  Whether it upsets you or not Washington DC is the center of the federal government, including the Department of Defense.  it is where you are involved in far reaching policy issues.  I willingly moved there from NJ, because I had gone as far as I could go in my job in NJ.  I was moved to work on larger issues that I saw impacting the programs I worked on in NJ.  I moved there, worked in 3 different DoD organizations.  Interesting work, but still work.  I was well compensated and that offset some  aggrevations of the traffic, and working 10-14 hours every day.  It was a lot of stress, but I signed up for that.

I'm sure you made you career choices too, so should I feel condesended to because you and Wix made different choices?  I could say that both of you are condesending to me and Hodja, because we did differently.
