Oh its even worse than that.  For example, the two years that he supposedly only paid like $750 in taxes he actually paid way more than that (over $1M in 2016 and over $5M in 2017).  And this resonates with me as I do the same thing.  Most businesses file for an extension on tax day and at that time they pay their estimated taxes.  Then when they file their return (by Sept 15th at the latest) they may end up paying a little more or get a refund.  For example, when I filed my taxes on July 15th I made an estimated payment of almost $100,000 on my s-corp income (money I never see or get to use I might add).  When we filed my federal taxes I got a $14,000 refund because I overpaid.  According the NYT I didn't pay any taxes and in fact got a refund despite having a company that generated $18M in revenue.  Same is true of Trump in the two years in question.  He paid a ton of taxes when he filed for his extension and when he filed his returns he only owed a small amount more.  But the NYT and the rest of the media are counting on the economic illiteracy of TDS sufferers to repeat this......which I am guessing some of the leftist maroons I have on ignore did exactly that.  Why?  Because they are ignorant rubes that suffer from TDS.

What is even funnier is that the returns show that Trump was indeed being audited as he claimed and that there was no income from Russian sources.  Yet another vindication......
