No cognitive dysfunction ala Biden with Trump Archie, if there was do you even remotely think that the MSM would not have pounced on it and attempted to invoke the 25th?  As many pressors that Trump gave, they had plenty of opportunity.  Biden stayed in his basement for a reason, we all know that. 

As far as Tuberville's gaffe, again I comment, Biden did not know where he was for crying out loud.  He was Harris'running mate?  He thought he was running for the Senate. He thought Bush was his opponent until his dear wife tried to direct him.   Did your MSM seem concerned?  On the contrary, you never heard it on CNN, MSNBC, hence I am here to enlighten you.
