As I have stated on numerous occasions that you refuse to understand, all politicians lie.  It seems to be part and parcel of the political class.  What I do is use my powers of discernment to separate lies that matter and those that do not.  For example, lies that mattered were if you like your doctor you can keep your doctor.  Everyone will save $2,500 on their health insurance.  Trump colluded with the Russians to steal the election from Hillary.  The Steele Dossier was true and not Hillary campaign disinformation to distract from her email server.  Denmark and Sweden are socialist countries.  Trump is Hitler.   Trump is a dictator.  Trump supporters are baskets of deplorables, chumps and racists.  And the biggest one of all.....every politician that says one thing in a campaign and does something different when they get elected.

Trump on the things that matter has been the most honest President in my lifetime.  He said what he would do if elected and he did it.  That is why the left hates him.  That is why you hate him.  That is why the deep state hates him.  That is why the media and academia hate him.  And that is why he got 73M votes in the last election, why he had a 53% approval rating, why he garnered more of the black and Hispanic vote than in 2016.  His lies belie a character defect common to most, if not all politicians.  But on the issues that matters he not only tells the truth but does what he promises.

And what did we get for that?  The greatest economy in my lifetime.  Lowest black and Hispanic unemployment since its been recorded.  No new wars.  Normalization of relations between Israel and other Arab countries.  Operation Warp Speed giving us a vaccine in record time.  A reduction in useless and damaging regulations.  Lower taxes for all Americans that actually pay taxes.  Building hundreds of miles of the wall.  Three originalists appointed to SCOTUS and dozens to the lower courts.  I could on and on. 

And I get that you don't view many, if any of those, as accomplishments.  To me that's sad and unlike what the left wing fascists say about us it doesn't make you evil, in my view it just makes you wrong. But we can in good faith disagree on political issues and still get along, which you and I generally do despite the barbs and banter.
