It likely happened just as reported. It's a tragic diesease that many on this forum have no doubt experienced in their own families. Even though Regan was near the end of his political career when these deficiencies were detected, we now have a potential president elect who has already shown some early signs of dementia. And this at the BEGINNING of his taking over what is arguably the most important job in the world. (And no, Arch, I'm not a doctor. But my wife's family has had more than their share of Alzheimer's so I'm familiar with the early indications as, more than likely, are you.)
I have to give that reporter credit for having the guts to write the article. However, unless motivated to move Harris into the coveted oval office, I doubt that any reporter today will question Biden's mental capacity. The MSM has thus far completely turned a blind eye to the issue providing cover for their candidates.
