Not so much for martial law, but I would love to see a paper ballot redo - would prove where any and all fraud exists from either side.  I would think you could even get behind a verification of the election to prove or disprove if the US electoral process is now no better then some 3rd world dictators sham.  Any and all elections should have a way that you can verify that your vote was correct before you leave the polling place and for that matter with electronic voting you should be able to view your own ballot at any time to make sure that it was not tampered with.

I would absolutly embrace where you had to cast your ballot, with ID and even have your thumb or some other way inked to prove if you had already voted.  That could restore confidence in one person one vote and confidence in the system.
