I don’t think you’ll see much interest in vinyl sea walls in this rocky area.  Vinyl is best used in sand where the installer pumps water ahead of the vinyl sheet and the vinyl just sinks into the ground.  Obviously, you can’t drive the vinyl into rocky ground like you might try with sheet piling.  You might see some vinyl wall where a footing can be dug, then the vinyl is installed and concrete is poured in the footing to protect against wave action.....$$$$$!
