We have used Behr Concrete Stain for several years and it holds up much better than any paint I've ever tried to use on concrete. Never had any type of peeling, discolor, etc. Our patio keeps several flower pots on it all year which means continuous moisture, with no problems. HD will custom mix colors. It is water based and reasonably priced.
