As I recall arrests were and are still being made for the Jan 6 as they should be....let the process work, I won’t prejudge their innocence or guilt. Most I believe are being held without bail.

As I recall, arrests were made in the riots last year.......but bail was raised with the help of VP Harris and others and was granted immediately and they were back on the streets in short order. Has justice been achieved Archy?? Any trials yet?

There likely will not be, as the DA has said it is unlikely that an overwhelming number of the arrestees will ever be prosecuted. So much for “ throwing their Azz..es in jail and tossing away the key”. You ok with that Archy?
