I like most here have owned several if not many properties through the years but not once have I EVER had a property/tax assessor ask me what my property value is.  They asses value, using formulas and data collected from many sources, and then send me a notice annually as to what that value is.  I'm sure 99.9% of the time a property owner never sees the assesor.  You beclown yourself with stupid statements like this.  The same goes for banks dumb@ss.  They use appraisals done by licensed professionals as we all know.  This is not just good ole TDS, this is jsut making sh!t up to try to gaslight the uniformed among us.  You need professional help.  I will pay for your first session so maybe the therapist can convince you that you are sick and need intensive long term help.
