Since you were demanding to know if I was concerned about lumber prices a few weeks ago.  Well in early May the composite lumber price hit $1600 / MBF, on July 21 it was at $490 / MBF.  Thats about $60 above the MBF price on Jan 1, 1996!  Hope that makes you sleep a little better tonight.  Used car prices are dropping really fast too.
