I just wonder where it ends?  He gave some half-a$$ comments.... He is knowingly breaking the law.  Someone needs to start impeachment hearings.  So if he kicks the can down the road for 60 days, then what?  Renters still owe the money, now they'll be even further behind.  This was done solely for political purposes - to appease AOC and the squad and certain segments of society.  Half of them were probably already behind in their rent before the moritorium went into effect.  He's basicly is going to screw the landlords out of the money owed to them.  The banks are not going to wait forever.  

Regarding the $45M that is supposedly to help renters and landlords - A friend who looked into it told me that it is an incredibly complex process - and they made it that way to prevent fraud.  

Biden must think he is invincible - but he better think again, because his poll numbers have dropped.
