If the prosecuter is anything but a total lackey for the democrat higher ups he would stand up in open court and move for dismissal himself.  I aint holding my breath.  I read a couple of legal folks saying early on in the circus that he was acting like he wanted to loose the case.  That pic says it all.  He knows that no reasonable jury would convict after that, but reasonable and jurors  is not a thing these days, especially with their lives being threatened so publicly.
