Anything else, and I would have to ask  - at what damn point would it become self defense?!?!???!!  Maybe he should have shot them *AFTER* they killed him with the skateboard/gun/jump kick criminal.

Come to find out the prosecution knew who jump kick criminal was the whole time - he demanded full immunity to all crimes ( including the DUI the week of the shooting ) to testify and they decided not to put him on the stand and instead of naming him in court called him"jump kick man". 

I imagine some politicians/people in the news media are checking their wallets because it is going to be lighter soon just like with Sandman.

Prosecutors should be disbarred.

If the governer is smart he will get the police and national guard out in force, anyone looting or burning should be arrested period.  Anyone assaulting officers or throwing the prestaged bricks should be gassed, flash banged, handcuffed and sent to the same type jails as the "capital insurrectionists".
