Kenosha happened because a mayor or governor (forgot) ordered the police to stand down.

I suspect a Soros soldier called the mayor and said if you stand down we will send in a few bus loads of useful idiots to burn the town down. What goofy mayor could refuse?  Or he was compromized.

When this happens, some good men can be expected to show up.  Evidently less than the idiot count.

Should it be illegal to stand down the police in the midst of crimes being committed?

$50 million of damage to businesses and insurance companies?  Force majure clause?  I think not.
