Yes they are.  For years we have watched black liberal mayors destroy our cities, so just what we need is a fat, big mouthed Black woman to finish off this country.  First they tell blacks that they are being oppressed from voting, which isn't true, and then the truth is that democrats want to create a way to make it easier for them to vote muliple times.  And I believe that Blacks are still only 13% of the population, yet they are getting a disportionate amount of attention.
