Interesting post and viewpoint. I try really hard to not ascribe characteristics to people so much as describe their behavior. Sometimes I fail but hopefully less times than I succeed.  What I find really interesting in your post is the text "They will only see it as they want to.  Facts mean nothing to them. They are unable to have a civilized discussion.  Everyone that doesn't agree with them are called names and degraded."  That is EXACTLY the experience I have had....trying to discuss issues with liberals/leftists.  Until we start actually communicating we won't get past that.
