Interesting for sure. I don't live in that area so am going to stay out of the discussion other than to say I am for more comercial endeavors on the lake that are done reponsibly.  I am espeically for developments on the "Dadeville side".  I am really looking forward to what is coming to replace Bay Pines.  I like it as it is but to have a nicer facillity there will be very nice also.

Obviuosly it affects the homes in the immediate and even intermediate area. I see +/-'s on both sides but there is no doubt it will have great impact on property values one way ot the other.
