It means: "Take and give nothing in return". Yes, I recieved my tax bill yesterday too and, yes, it went up another $101. Now, I don't mind paying and getting something in return but, and this is a HUGE BUTT, what the county offers me is no better than when my taxes were 400% less.
Ya gotta love government.
