I'm in the market for another lake lot. I've been looking around, but have not yet found what I'm looking for. It needs to have a good view, good water (all year at a dock location), and be at least 1/2 acre (one acre+ would be more suitable). I would rather it be on the south or east side of the lake, but that is not a limiting factor. It must have a gentle slope and be suitable for a boat ramp. I would also consider a lot with an existing structure of limited value.
If I find what I want, I'm a cash buyer and will pay a reasonable market value. If anyone has something (or knows someone else who does) that may be suitable, please send me an e-mail rather than solicit on the forum. Thanks.
