Have you ever tried to get on a RTJ course on a Saturday afternoon. Perhaps one might join a club for the convenience of guaranteed t-times and limitted memberships so, one does'nt have to take 6 hours to play a round of golf. Yes, I am a member of a club and far from rich. I love golf. I go, I play, I have a beer and go home. I do nothing socially at the club.Many golfers enjoy golf in the same way you enjoy the lake. And by the way, the cost of my boat far exceeded the cost of my golf membership. My, we paint with a broad brush.
