I would have said that too but this winter part of my rip rap wall started to fail. I called H&C in December and they were supposed to come out to fix it but they called right before the water came up and said that they couldnt find anyone to come out to fix it. (what does that mean?)

They said call them earlier next year.... (before December?) So I am stuck with a failing rip-rap that is getting worse. We'll see if they will come out next winter... i'm real disappointed. Can't recommend them.

I think they are going to the higher dollar jobs and not taking care of business with their customers....
