Could the low graduation rate of scholarship athletes be in direct proportion to the pressure that alumni put on the various universities for winning teams? After all, it is important that alumni be able to have their ritual Saturday afternoon tailgate parities and rooting for a losing team while guzzling beer before the game is no fun. So, maybe those who whine most about the graduation rate are also part of the problem!!!!!!!!
