Honestly, Russel lands owns all but one marina on Lake Martin. If they loose their income from the big boats there will be no justification for keeping the wet slips. In addition to the loss from sales. They would probably scale back to 1-2 marinas, hence freeing up VALUABLE land space for the billion dollar investment opportunities. Who wouldn't want to own these properties? This is no different than immenant domain, just will take a little longer for them to get thier hands on the land.
