And the enforcement question. I don't know how the most effective way could be done. I guess M/P precence would alone help. I am not sure they are funded well enough to have radar guns and more officers. But, I am not sure they can enforce the proposed law as it is written now! I can't see the M/P measuring a boat with a tape really. I can't see them deciding what the top speed is on a 28' performance boat either. But, that is just my observation for what it is worth.
