8 On page 2, line 8, add the following new subsection
9 (2) and renumber the subsequent subsections accordingly:
10 (2) Beginning three months after the effective date
11 of this section, the use or operation of personal watercraft
12 commonly referred to as jet skis, shall be prohibited prior to
13 the hour of 9:00 AM and after the hour of 6:00 PM of the
14 appropriate time zone of the respective lakes.
