feb, I've had USAA for 35 years and had good sevrice, but boy, are they getting a black eye for service on the MS Gulf Coast with Katrina claims. They settled the small claims fast, but the total loss claims are dragging out. You would expect such from Allstate, State Farm, or Nationwide, but USAA is doing the same. They have been sued by the MS Attorney General.
