If the Corp is releasing water from Lanier, I guess you could say that they are simply flushing the toilet. Can you imagine the river just south of the raw sewage outlet for ATL if they didn't flush. There should be a total moratorium on building in ATL until the sewage situation is brought up to standards. It happened in Birmingham in the 80s.
