The percentage of large boats registered compared the percentage of small bats registered was used to compare the percentage of accidents. There is a close correlation. My point was that no size class boat has an advantage/disadvantage of safety from looking at the statistics.

I am proud to identify who I am. I have been known to be loud and obnoxious. I choose to hang out in a non-populated area of the lake with others just like me. If this action offends you, simply don't come around. My point is that this is America and tolerance is the law. It is also legal for me to park 20 feet from your shoreline and hang out (assuming you live on the lake), but I do have some discretion as to where and when I choose to be obnoxious. 44000 acres, I would think you could find an area of the lake without boaters hanging out enjoying themselves to enjoy whatever it is that you do.

Last I knew personality and character are not related to intelligence, and none of these qualities are prerequisites for people to enjoy themselves.

I am curious, explain to me what you would do differently if there were no boats on the water over 26 feet. You are still going to have to deal with me and my kind. There is absolutely nothing you can do to keep people from trailoring their boats to the lake, and this includes the out-of-staters who this bill was intended to keep away. Why don’t you stop by some-time and explain your point to me. Maybe I will shut up long enough to listen. Maybe not. Regardless, I would be tolerant of your presence.
