Let me explain myself (if anyone is still reading this post).
In my attempt to identify a common characteristic of big boat owners I could only find one which had any validity (based on complaints I have heard), it was noise. I am not saying that by default if you own a big boat you are noisy, its just the complaint that I hear so much about. So, I decided to classify this noise as us being loud and obnoxious to make a point that there is nothing in the law that states we cannot be loud and obnoxious, just like there is nothing in the law that keeps fisherman from parking at your pier all times of the night, and nothing from keeping PWC riders from toying around in your slew, etc. The statement was to identify that although you may not like it, you must accept it. Create any law you want, we will still be here, they will still be here, YOU will still be here. Either accept it, or find somewhere else to live/hang out. Feel free to define loud and obnoxious any way you choose, place me into any class of person you choose. Keep in mind, I will still have a smile on my face, and my family will continue to have a good time... Hope to see you all soon...
