I have noticed that several of the homes for sale on APCO lots in the PP area have reduced their prices. Just goes to show that what glitters is not always gold. The marketplace will always level the playing field. I think the message is LM will sell at the right price but the days of "flipping" and "spec" homes is being met with caution.
