I agree with your comments, if they were applicable. The homes I am refering to have a few nicities but mostly basic stuff. Don't get me wrong, if they can get it fine. It would just make my place more valuable. I am just saying that I think that the pricing was getting somewhat aggressive. The fact that they are reducing the sales price reflects that . I am very bullish on LM. I just think some folks try to push the envelope to far.
