I am vaguely familiar with those hydroport things but I have seen a couple of them at a friends place. Seems to me like all that part is is a belley roller similar to what would be on a trailer. If in fact that is true I would check walmart, I know they have belley rollers along with Many other trailer parts. I had to replace 2 8" belley rollers on my trailer recently and they were $9 a piece, I would imagine the 6" ones are cheaper. Hope this helps.
