EVERY boat with a Marine Sanitation Device (MSD) must be inspected once a year to veryify that it conforms to State Law which identifies that it CANNOT pump its sewage overboard. They requires the inspection sticker to be placed next to the registration sticker.

My boat has a 20 gallon holding tank and it is impossible for me to pump it overboard. I have to empty the tank only twice a month. 99% of the boaters who stay at the marinas only use their boats on the weekend. How much waste can you generate on the weekend? Every ski, wakeboard, pontoon, runabout, and bowrider that I see around the rock will have someone hanging their butt off the back peeing in the lake. Have you not seen this???

If you spent any time at these marinas you would see that everyone uses the pumpouts. Keep trying to find a valid argument for your anti big boat fight... Try to get factual information first.
