I don't care who is on the lawsuit and who isn't. I hope it is not overturned. I don't have as big of a problem with the speed type boats as I do with the big cruiser types. When they are just cruising around they create waves big enough to turn over a normal 21 ft bowrider like I own and I don't think they have any business being in Lake Martin. When they are cruising, the bow sits up so high that alot of them can't even see where they are going. They start out in a direction and it is a straight line from there. Every other boat better look out unless you want to be swamped or runover by them. The last 3 weekends in a row I've had one coming right at me and they never once turned, either they couldn't see me or they just didn't care because obviously I'm going to try and get out of the way. The last time I checked the rule of operation (when meeting an oncoming boat stay to the right) was still in place. Most, not all, of these big boats totally disregard that rule. They take off and you better stay out of their way.
