What I was alluding to was at the end of a typical real estate cycle (no not a crash-just a change of trend) you always see poorly thought out and marketed developments. I am really ignorant about this one but it sure looks like a duck to me, just like the condo at the bridge.

As to the LLanier aspect, I really don't think it will happen here to that degree as we have talked about before there are only 2 landowners and they ain't sellin' much.

You and I are really not that far apart in perspective.
