We have a big rock in our slough which is really not a issue until the lake gets 3 to 4 feet down. Like now. In the winter I can actually walk out to it and sometimes I will put a marker on. A jug or something but it does not last very long gets run over rope cut etc.

I've been on the lake for 40 years when the lake gets down like it is now
I only go where I am familar. . Most of the sloughs are not marked only the main parts of the lake.
