How far do you want to lift the water? The pump is rated for lift. I'm not sure 1/2 HP will get you much.

I'm with OMS I think you need more HP. I have seen irrigation systems pumps with 2-21/2 hp. I'm almost sure Lowes or Home Depot has a 1-11/2hp model for you that would work.

I have a neighbor that did one and he made a manifold for the pump output out of standard PVC stuff for multiple hose fittings. Put on a timer and presto a cheap irrigation system.

You can also call an irrigation supply house that would give you some good advice as to the size pump you need.
