Subject:   New boat propulsion system

With the out-drive facing the rear of the boat, the force of the propeller is being applied directly to the shaft which "pushes" against the outdrive causing propulsion. With it inverted then the pressure is being applied against the bolts which hold the propellers on. I would think this might cause problems? (or not because airplane propellers act in the same manner?)
