Just an observation... seems like there are a lot of big houses hanging around. I'd like to hear the statistics on the summer. From my perspective it looks like it's hard to get that place built out. The tour of homes had half of the houses in phase I. Many are still unsold. Some are weak, some are really nice.

Read about the Florida disaster in this week's Barrons. Wonder how it's affecting LM. I suspect the 1031 folks are out of the game as well as the spectulators. I'll be glad when its back to normal.
