We did get that a couple months ago. Of course, we have nothing to compare it to since we signed the papers on it on Oct 31st last year. The county appraisal came in $10,000 under the real estate appraisal. The real estate apprasial was about $35,000 more than the actual purchase price we paid.

Have fun at the lake! We were there last weekend but unable to go this weekend. It was nice and quiet! Just the way I like it.
