Sorry, but I quit reading after the quotes from Charlie Rangel, what a waste of oxygen.

Anyway, don't forget that the military figuires may be skewed towards minorities because many of them see the military as a means to better their lives and as a way out of the ghettos, drugs, and hand to hand combat of urban life. More power to anyone who wants to bettter themselves.
