Talked to someone over the weekend who works for one of the big Russell Marinas. Russell wants to expand an existing marina but is getting push back from APC which does not want to allow more wetslips. Supposedly APC is wanting to push for more dry stack storage not only for marinas, but for future condo developments as well. No details known, just got the general impression that APC is in the process of rethinking what is allowed for commercial docks.
