There were 124 condos listed on the MLS site yesterday, and that isn't the entire inventory (only 11 listed at Crowne Point and only 6 at the N Lake Condo Club). 70 of the 124 are listed at 500K or more. My irregular tracking shows just 17 sold since mid-Sept, and only one of those was over 500K and 3 more over 400K. Buyers aren't biting in the 500's and 600's.
