Ric......have you ever heard of I-22. When finished, it will run from Birmingham to Memphis and it goes right through the middle of Tupelo. I-22 currently runs from Jasper, AL to right outside of Memphis. I heard the other day that it would be completed by 2010.....about the same time this new plant will be finished.
