Hopefully everyone knows what I'm about to say already--but no one has said it, so here goes:

You, and many others have suffered a doubling of their property taxes because the County Commissioners have not adjusted the millage rates to reflect the increased values of properties. We all need to take that issue up with out local politicians--the real villains. Yes, you'll pay twice as much in property taxes, but will your road be repaired twice as fast--no, will it be mowed twice as often-no, will the politicians hire more slow moving relatives to the local gov. pay rolls--probably.

Got a beef with the property taxes--go to your local city hall, or county courthouse--those folks are the recipients of your cash.
