APCO execs have places on all the lakes. That is another good reason for the feds having control. I am quite certain that everybody you talk to will pay lip service to anyone that complains. Bottom line, is we still aren't full.

Elmer Harris ( former president of APCO) has a place on Logan Martin, but it still flooded all those years until the last relicensing when they started a winter drawdown. Up till then Logan Martin was full pool year round and flooded almost every year. Take a ride on that lake and you don't see too many places built close to the full pool line.
