to throw rocks at the realtors. I said that wrong. They do a valuable job. I'm sure if I were interviewed by the paper I would put a positive spin on the market too.

I would just do it a different way by saying that this market presents some mighty fine buying opportunities. Lake property rarely goes down in value. It may take a breather but usually holds its own. We were spoiled by those 15%+ years.
