I'm not trying to reach you, but "reaching out" to you.
I don't know why. WE are obviuosly to far apart, unless youhave 'go go gadget arms'. (Paula is that you...LOL)
Would you like for Lake Martin to have an "Outstanding Alabama Water" classification?
Why? How does that affect me when it is already one of the cleanest lakes in the country
Would you like to see an ethanol plant in Dadeville be a model for the nation in its design, construction and operation?
And how are you going to do that? Is it YOUR money that is going to build it? I am sure they are not setting out to build an outdated inefficient plant that will pollute and then get them sued out of business.
Would you like to see Lake Martin operating guidelines re-evaluated based on the most recent climate data?
Why should Lake Martin be different from EVERY other lake/waterway controlled by the Corps and FERC. They make the rules NOT APCO.
Would you like to see your financial investment (whatever it may be) positively impacted by development rather than adversely?
I don't live on the lake for financial gain. I live here because I LOVE IT, I have lake water in my veins. It has been a way of life for me for 48 years. How long have you been around?
These are some of the things "we" want and are going to work hard to get. I'm not sure what it is you want.

And lastly, would you think this would be a better place to live if we all had your current attitude
ABSOLUTELY. Because all of you would get a life and stop worrying about the thinngs you can't change. But if you get the Corps and FERC to change the way they do business, THEN I will be impressed. In the mean time, you guys offer hours of entertainment.
